21 Day Sugar Detox
I survived day 1! There was a few times during the afternoon that I felt a little uneasiness within me wanting that cup of coffee and had a herbal tea instead. But other than that no headaches or anything else to report - I even did a light workout.
Breakfast: 3 Eggs, Salad with Lemon & 2 Slices of Smoked Salmon
Lunch: Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Nuts (Had cashews which should be a last choice) with beef steak
Dinner: 2 Vienna sausages and a bowl of broccoli soup
It is 18:30 and I have had at least 3L of fluid (Water & Herbal Teas only)
During meals I had my Go-To container filled with Brazil Nuts and Pumpkin seeds
Healthy nutritious snacks
Feeling amazing and determined. I am looking forward to a great nights sleep.
