21 Day Sugar Detox

The most powerful weapon

And so I stand at the end of another week. The second week of the detox is almost done and I am one week closer to my leave. I don’t like wishing days away – after all, all we have is now. But this week I did, I wished it was time for me to go home and relax and be with the people I love and do the things I love. I will use this weekend to reflect and refocus. To appreciate what I have right here right now and to stay in the moment instead of wishing for the future to come quicker.

I know by simply doing that I will feel allot less anxious about various things and calm will fill me as it always does. I look at each day and each moment as one where I can learn more about myself – become more aware and explore the unconscious although it can be very hard at times. It is always very rewarding, like nothing I have every experienced.

Today I was reminded again that – EVERY DAY IS A SCHOOL DAY. And I have so much learn. I will use the opportunities in front of me no matter how small they may be, or how insignificant I think they are with regards to my future plans. All I have is now, that is where I should focus, and that is where I will learn and grow.

“The first problem for all of us, men and women, is not to learn, but to unlearn.”-
Gloria Steinem
