21 Day Sugar Detox

I really didn't want to get out of bed today. I snoozed the alarm 3 times. However once I was out of bed I felt good and ready for the day. Still no headache! It is probably going to hit me like a bullet in the brain soon! I didn't drink as much fluids as yesterday because I was in class all day teaching first aid and didn't want to "disrupt" the sessions with my bathroom breaks. It is now 19:00 and I am feeling good and tired. I even managed to do a very short workout to get the blood flowing before calling it a day. I am looking forwart to getting back into some serious training but I do think I will have to wait for the energy shift to take place first. Lets see what happens!

All in All another FANTASTIC day on the Sugar Detox

TODAY'S MENU

Breakfast: Coriander Omelette & Green Tea

Lunch: Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower and Almonds with beef steak strips

Dinner: Roast Chicken, Cauliflower Mash, Eggplant baked in tomato pure, Soda Water with Lemon

3L of fluids (water/herbal teas/2xsoda water)

Due to the training I was doing today I didn't snack during meals

I am looking forward to another night of amazing deep sleep. Is it just me or are you also sleeping better?
