21 Day Sugar Detox
Another day bites the dust! I am starting to feel a change in my energy levels. Sure I still didn’t want to get up this morning but tonight I am feeling allot more energized than the first 3 nights (and the 100 before that). Is it possible that all the positive affects are already kicking in? Even my digestive system is feeling more relaxed – less overworked and the last cramping and bloating was on day 2. I am not working out today but am looking forward to a hard workout tomorrow, so stay up energy levels! It is almost weekend here in Afghanistan (Friday & Saturday) so I am on the hunt for delcious sugar free detox recipes. It is important to make your meals interesting and tasty.
I am Grateful - For this opportunity to change my life
“Gratitude goes beyond the 'mine' and 'thine' and claims the truth that all of life is a pure gift. In the past I always thought of gratitude as a spontaneous response to the awareness of gifts received, but now I realize that gratitude can also be lived as a discipline. The discipline of gratitude is the explicit effort to acknowledge that all I am and have is given to me as a gift of love, a gift to be celebrated with joy.”-Henri J.M. Nouwen
