It is essential for you as the client to be ready for change. A 100% agreement between your conscious and subconscious mind needs to be in place. It is important to remember that thinking you are ready for change and being ready for change are not the same thing. This will be discovered in the beginning of the session with me as we explore your conscious mind. If there is no agreement the subconscious mind will simply shut down or resist and
Not being ready and failure is not the same thing. Failure is the absence of trying. When you start on this journey its important to remember that it’s a direction towards where you want to go that matters and not the goal post itself. Every day is a process and a part of this journey.
The journey of exploring the subconscious mind is by far the most profound one – and the only one – that matters. It takes time, a lifetime as the subconscious is infinite, and being in a rush is simply not going to help you along the way.
