21 Day Sugar Detox

Seek out the adventure. Chellenge yourself.

Every day could be an adventure! Sure its hard when we feel stuck in the routine of adult life where all it seems we do is eat sleep cook work sleep etc. But the only person that can change that is YOU. After all you are the answer(s) you seek.

Of course your responsibilities are not going to magically disappear and your not going to be able to just quit your job and move to an island. But there are things you can do. Change your routes to work often, workout in the morning, challenge yourself mentally & physically. Take on a new sport or hobby. Do what makes you uncomfortable or something that you actually fear. Go out and confront that fear – conquer it. Spend less time in front of the tv and more time outside. Volunteer and help the needy, work with old people or children. Adventure can be in a new recipe or a good book. It is not WHAT it is we do, but HOW we do it. How we look at it - perceive it - experience it.

Life should be LIVED and not just survived day by day. You only have this life now, make the best of it. Be brave and daring. Go out and create your own adventure, don’t wait for it to come to you. You will be surprised where you can find adventure if you just look close enough.

“Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go.” ~ T. S. Eliot
