"Mindful" or "Mind Full"?

And so we start yet another week after a lovely weekend. I cant believe how the days of my life are flying by. Literally in a blink of an eye! It is almost the middle of the year again. The past few weeks have been difficult but I am still here. Still fighting. And today I had a moment where I allowed the feeling to overwhelm me. The full reality of time lived and time left. I looked at a photo of my grandmother age 82 and she is so full of life. She is blessed to still be alive and well. How old will I become? Then I remembered again that it does not matter. Tomorrow is only an illusion for it is not real. Yesterday is over and gone and nothing can be undone. All I have is now. And it is my choice where I choose to spend my time. In the past? In the future? Or in the place that exists – this moment.

It sounds allot easier than it actually is. I don’t think we realize just how little time we spend in the now. And it takes practice – practice and constant awareness of self and thought and feeling. Try and be aware of how much of your thoughts are about the future & the past, and how many actually are about the present moment. See if you can be more aware and live in the moment. After all that is all we have.

  • Hang Snatch 5x3 (60-65%)
  • Front Squat 3x3 (70%)
  • Romanian Deadlift 5x5 (50% HBBS)


  • 30 Min Jog/Walk (Just keep moving)
