How often do you do what YOU want to do? How often do you make time for yourself, time to do nothing but be in the present moment. To be still, silent and sit with whatever it is you are feeling at that moment. This is of vital importance to your wellbeing and journey towards consciousness and awareness.

We get so lost in trying to get to the finish line that we no longer live in the present moment. We neglect ourselves and think that there is no time for rest or relaxation. The right time to relax is when you don’t have the time to do it as they say.

It doesn’t matter how busy your days are, make your wellness a priority. Even if it is only 10 minutes in the morning or at night, take those 10 minutes and dedicate them completely to yourself. No distractions. No responsibilities or worries. Find somewhere quiet. Focus on your breathing and let whatever it is you are feeling be there without judgment – without wanting or trying to fix it or pushing it away. Allow whatever it is you are in that moment to be there in its true sense. Do this for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea or lemon water after your ten minutes of total ME time.

Warm Up

  • 2 Min Jog/Row
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Samson Stretch
  • 10 Lateral Lunges
  • 10 Good mornings
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Arm Circles (forward, back, across body & up/over)
  • 10 Tricep side bends

Strength

  • Hang Clean 5x3 (50-60%)
  • Push Press (Heavy as possible) 5x3

Cardio/Metcon

  • 3 Rounds (Each round As Fast As Possible)
  • Rest 2:1 (as long as the round takes you – take twice as long to rest)
  • 15 Burpees & 15 Calorie Row
