21 Day Sugar Detox

What a great start to my Friday and also my weekend. I woke up feeling energized and refreshed – well rested. I usually sleep until 10-11am on a Friday but today I was awake by 08:30 and making another batch of fresh almond milk by 09:00. I then followed my early morning milk making with a scrumptious breakfast full of goodness. O my I surely do feel LOVED. Not by someone, by ME. I am honoring respecting and treating my body like the temple it IS. And it is so rewarding.

I do have quite a strong headache today but am choosing not to take any medication for it and am just ensuring that I drink enough fluids. This is just the poison leaving my body and will pass. Looking forward to relaxing and doing whatever it is that makes me feel good and loved.

Brunch: 3 Egg Scramble with Bacon, Cucumber & Carrot sticks with raw organic almond butter to dip it in

Dinner: Chicken Curry with Cauliflower Mash and a side salad (HEAVENLY)

3L of fluids @ 19:00 (water/herbal teas/1xsoda water)

Made a conscious effort to drink my water today

Added some freshly squeezed lemon that zesty yumminess

Another DREAMY Fruppachino my evening treat

I added coconut oil – it was a bit “bitty” due to the oil solidifying in the ice but it gave it a nice coconut flavor
