Nutritional Therapy

The old saying is true; you really are what you eat. After all, your nutritional intake impacts on everything from your energy levels and disease-fighting ability, to your mental sharpness and natural healthy glow.

Eat yourself to optimal health

With the right nutritional balance, you can eat yourself to optimal health. Food will become your medicine; healing neglected cells and promoting an overall sense of vitality.

This isn’t a weight loss or muscle mass building programme – although both can be achieved as a by-product of Nutritional Therapy. This is about assessing where you are with your nutritional intake, giving you the knowledge and safe space for your motivation to grow, so that you can take control of your body and develop a holistic approach to eating.

My innovative nutritional approach takes its cues from Integrative Life Coaching techniques. Once I know more about your individual dietary needs, I’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to make small dietary changes that can be easily achieved one step at a time.

My diet

I re-visited my own diet as part of my journey towards self-realisation, and have since become fully qualified and accredited by The Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners.

I personally choose to consume food in its most natural, colourful and flavourful form, because this is what feels good for my body. My diet primarily consists of whole foods that are free from additives, preservatives and added sugar. I’ve also been diagnosed with coeliac disease, and am using this experience to write blogs and social media posts about my gluten-free (yet joyful!) diet.

Use Flexible Dieting to enhance your nutritional programme

If you have more specific goals that you want to achieve once you are in a good space with regards to your nutrition, and if you feel ready to take the next step, then Flexible Dieting might be for you.

Fat loss and weight gain are both within your grasp with Flexible Dieting. My method is based on the ‘If it fits your macros’ (IIFYM) model, which breaks dieting down to its most basic level and relies only on you satisfying your macronutrient needs.

If there are specific goals that you want to achieve, ask me about the additional service of Flexible Dieting during one of our Nutritional Therapy sessions.

Taking control of your diet is the first step towards achieving optimal health. Sign up today and I’ll give you the knowledge that you need to reach out and grab it.
